Design + Delivery offers everything included in our Design Solutions service but goes further. In addition to full design support, we specify and manage the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, fitted joinery, hard finishes, flooring, lighting, decor, furniture, and accessories.
Design + Delivery covers all aspects of the project, from concept to completion. Here is an overview of our services for a whole house project.
We discuss your visit and understand your needs. We cover initial ideas, scope of work, budget, timescales and support needed from other professionals.
We share design ideas using plans and 3D visuals, allowing you to imaging your new home. We agree all layout and storage elements, ready for detailed design work.
Detailed specifications completed for kitchen, bathrooms, fitted joinery, lighting, automations, decor and loose furniture, and updated on the 3D visualisation.
Site visits during the construction phase to deal with queries, and manage the production schedule with our trusted team of suppliers.
Installation of flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, decor, curtains and blinds, lighting and loose furniture and accessories.

This service covers the full interior design process, including all elements from concept design to final installation.
It includes spatial design to get the internal layout and flow right, room designs for every space, 3D visualisations, detailed specifications for fitted joinery, lighting, bathrooms and kitchens, liaison with trades on site, sourcing and co-ordinating finishes, and managing the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, flooring, lighting, decor, furniture and accessories.
Design Solutions offers 3D designs and a comprehensive plan for clients to then manage on their own. We complete our work with you well before the build starts. Design Solutions doesn’t include specification and installation.
Design + Delivery goes further, offering on-site support, management of the fit out, with us overseeing each stage. This is a comprehensive service, where we are involved throughout the project, and using our trusted team of manufacturers and suppliers, to provide a high end finish and bespoke offering.
Design + Delivery is best suited for clients with a generous budget for their home, who are looking for a high quality finish, bespoke joinery and fittings, and design-led furnishings.
For a full house remodel or new build, a typical interior fit-out budget would start at around £250,000, with the total overall project budget being in excess of £500,000. The interior fit out budget includes kitchen, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, flooring, lighting and automation, furniture and other fittings.
We do also support with smaller projects, where only part of the house is being re-modelled. Please book in for a Discovery Call if you would like to discuss the suitability of your project for this service.
Some clients like to commit to our full Design + Delivery service at the start of the planning process for their build. This allows them to budget for our design fees up front, and also include all interior fit out fees, as we can estimate these early on in the process. This approach also secures our commitment to the project, which can be important as we choose to only work a select number of full service projects at any time.
If you are not in a position to make that decision at the start, that’s no problem. We appreciate that some clients are unsure what their budget will be for interior fit out until they know build costs, or just want to get to know us more before committing to this element. We would suggest starting with our Design Solutions service. This will focus on layout, flow, storage, kitchen and bathroom design, and give you a plan and 3D visuals for the build.
If you then make a decision that you would like us to support with detailed specifications and implementation of designs, you can then move over to the Design + Delivery service. We would need to discuss feasibility for your project, consider if we have availability based on the timing of the build, and agree the interior fit out budget before proceeding, to ensure we’re a good fit.
This service does not include project management.
We collaborate with your project manager or contractors, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure all design details and specifications are understood, and resolve any questions they may have, so that design requirements can be efficiently implemented during the construction phase.
We work very closely with architects, contractors, project managers and tradespeople who you have hired to work on your project.
We want to ensure that all design elements integrate seamlessly within the structure of the build. We will have pre build meetings to discuss the designs, and address any design-related queries to ensure these are solved where possible before the build commences.
Once the build has begun we will schedule site visits to ensure we are available to resolve any design decisions as they come up to avoid delays. We find that having the 3D model makes communication very easy with trades on site, as we can show them all details if there is anything they are unsure of.
We offer a fully managed solution, specifying all decor and finishings as part of our service.
We procure and arrange all elements for the interior fit out within an agreed budget, to ensure an efficient process and an end result in line with your vision. We do not offer a hybrid approach to fitted elements or procurement of furniture and lighting, as from experience it works best, both in terms of process and end result, when it is all managed as one.
We keep you closely involved in all selections for your home, approving room schemes, and signing off samples and finishes for joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, hard finishes and lighting. As the project evolves all details are updated on the 3D visualisations, so that you can imagine the colours and finishes in your home, feeling confident in the choices.
