Consultations provide focused advice, and we offer two types:

Design Insights Hour: A 60 minute Zoom session where you set the agenda. This is perfect for discussing topics such as furniture layout, lighting, decor, and storage. You can upload photos or sketches for us to reference during the call, but this option doesn’t involve extensive pre-call review work.

Spatial Layout Review: A 90 minute Zoom session designed for clients with larger projects or renovations who have architects’ plans. We’ll review your plans in detail before the call, and provide feedback and have discussions on layout, flow, storage, and fitted furniture. We will agree key areas and suggestions, to discuss further with your architect.

If you need in-depth design work shown in 3D, the Design Solutions service would be more suitable.

Choosing the right service depends on where you are in your project. If you need quick, verbal advice, our Consultations are a great option.

For more detailed design work, including 3D visualisations and layout options, Design Solutions may be the best fit.

If you need support with specifications, arranging installations, and scheduling the interior fit-out (not full project management), Design + Delivery offers a more hands-on approach to guide you through every stage of your project.

Yes, we work with many clients remotely. Our Consultations can be done entirely over Zoom.

For Design Solutions, we require accurate measurements, either from architects’ CAD drawings or a site survey, to create 3D designs.

Please note, our Design + Delivery service requires on-site involvement and is not available remotely.

While we don’t offer full project management, we do provide support with specifications, arrange installations, and help schedule the interior fit-out, including elements like bespoke joinery, bathrooms and kitchens. This is part of our Design + Delivery service.

For managing the overall build, you would need a qualified project manager or contractor.

We offer flexible services that can be tailored to your needs. Whether it’s advice on a single room or an entire home, we can scale our support.

You can choose from one of our Consultations for verbal advice or Design Solutions for 3D designs, depending on your project’s scope.

If you already have architects’ plans, you can book a Spatial Layout Review, a 90 min session focused on interior flow, storage, and key areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms. We’ll discuss your family’s needs, and I’ll provide feedback and highlight areas to review with your architect.

For more detailed work, such as rethinking layouts or adding bespoke storage, Design Solutions is a better fit, where 3D visualizations will show you different options. If you can provide a .dwg file from your architect and survey photos, we can begin the 3D design process.

If you don’t have plans yet, you can start with a Design Insights Hour to explore layout ideas using estate agents’ plans, like those from Rightmove. For more detailed design, planning permission, or structural changes, you’ll need accurate measurements via a site survey or CAD drawings.

If you’re based in the Midlands, we will complete the survey or recommend professionals to support with the project, depending on the scale of work. If you’re further afield, during a Discovery Call we will outline steps you’ll need to take to get a survey done, to ensure you’re ready for the Design Solutions process.

For Consultations the process is simple, as you can book directly from the website, and choose from a Design Insights Hour for general advice, or a Spatial Layout Review to discuss architects’ plans. With both options you’ll receive focused guidance tailored to your needs.

For Design Solutions, we begin by taking your brief and then creating 3D design concepts. After reviewing and refining the designs, based on your feedback, we will deliver a final pack with a 3D model to view, and a 2D plan.

With Design + Delivery, we will complete all the stages of the Design Solutions service, and then move on to complete detailed specifications, liaise with contractors on site, and manage the interior fit-out. This can include supply and installation of kitchens, fitted joinery, flooring, lighting and bathrooms. Many clients start with Design Solutions and transition to Design + Delivery as their needs evolve.

For Consultations you can book directly from the website. We offer two options, a Design Insights Hour for general advice, or a Spatial Layout Review to discuss architects’ plans. We’ll discuss your project, and answer any questions you have about our design services. No advice is provided on these calls, and therefore they are not suitable for clients requiring immediate support – this can be provided by booking a paid Consultation.
